At Barong World, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our traditional Filipino attire and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Barong does not fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the garment and place it in its original packaging, ensuring all authentic tags and embroidery protectors are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
